An Act amending Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for procedures regarding the request and dispensation of lethal medication to patients seeking to die in a dignified and humane manner, for duties of attending physicians, for duties of consulting physicians, for insurance or annuity policies; imposing duties on the Department of Health; providing for immunities and for attorney fees; and imposing penalties.
