The 1991-1992 session of the Consumer Affairs Committee was chaired by Democrat David Wright of the Majority. Robert Freeman (Majority) served as Chair of the Subcommittee on Public Utilities. Edward Staback (Majority) served as Secretary. Republican Kathrynann Durham served as Minority Chair. Kenneth Jadlowiec (Minority) served as Minority Chair of the Subcommittee on Public Utilities. There was no Minority Secretary.
