A Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to study the impact of current Federal and State laws, regulations and funding on the health care workforce; to study the interaction between health care providers across the health care continuum as it relates to access, quality and safety; and to report to the House of Representatives with its findings and recommendations for any changes to State laws, regulations or hospital policies related to the delivery of health care in this Commonwealth.
