The 1989-1990 session of the Health and Welfare Committee was chaired by David Richardson (Majority). Frank Pistella (Majority) served as Chair of the Subcommittee on Health, while the Subcommittee on Welfare was chaired by Gaynor Cawley (Majority). Donald Dorr (Minority) served as Minority Chairman. Frances Weston served as Minority Chair of the Subcommittee on Health and Robert Robbins served as Minority Chairman of the Subcommittee on Welfare.
