House Bill 36: establishes the Angel Investment Tax Credit. House Bill 87: amends Title 15 to include email as an acceptable manner for nonprofit corporations to provide any required notice. House Bill 455: Repeals the Savings Association Code of 1967, eliminating provisions for incorporation and organization. House Bill 927: Reenacts and amends the Community Services Block Grant Act to extend the expiration of the act and make editorial changes. Presentation was given by Stephen Rehrer, Joint State Government Commission, on proposed legislation which would codify the Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act and the Goods and Services Installment Sales Act.
