The records of the Children and Youth Committee from the 2013-2014 session, the Republicans in majority. The Chairs of the committee were Katherine Watson (majority) and Louise Williams Bishop (minority). The majority Vice Chair was Dan Moul and Michelle Brownlee served as minority Vice Chair. The Secretaries were Tarah Toohil (majority) and Mark Rozzi (minority).

The Committee met to discuss and vote on various bills related to child abuse, foster care, and adoption. The Committee also received the final report and recommendations from the Task Force on Child Protection, which was created by House Resolution 522 of 2011.
