House Bill 431 (Act 31): Requires child abuse recognition and reporting training for professional licenses who are mandated reporters of suspected child abuse and for operators and employees of facilities and agencies regulated or supervised by the Department of Public Welfare who are mandated reporters of suspected child abuse. House Bill 432: Requires operators and employees of facilities and agencies regulated or supervised by the Department of Public Welfare receive child abuse recognition and reporting training.
