An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in employment incentive payments, further providing for scope of article, for definitions and for employment incentive payments; providing for amount; further providing for administration and regulations, for limitations on credits, for time limitations and report; and providing for guidelines.
