Scope and Contents
An Act authorizing an interstate compact between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Ohio; establishing the Pittsburgh-Cleveland Waterway Authority to sponsor a waterway connecting Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Cleveland, Ohio; and other essential water resource development projects in the Upper Ohio River Basin.
