An Act amending the act of June 24, 1976 (P. L. 424, No. 101), entitled, as amended, "Firemen and Law Enforcement Officers Death Benefit Act," further providing for the determination of dying in the performance of duties and further defining the term "firefighter, ambulance service or rescue squad member or law enforcement officer."
