The records for the Judiciary Committee of the 1981-1982 session, the Republicans in the majority. Warren H. Spencer (R) served as Chairman, William D. Hutchinson (R) served as the Subcommittee Chairman on Courts, and Jeffrey E. Piccola (R) served as Subcommittee Chairman on Crime and Corrections. John Alden (R) served as Secretary. The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency was an especially common topic for the Judiciary Committee.
