An Act amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the incorporation and regulation of corporations; changing requirements and procedures relating to the filing of documents affecting certain corporations; further providing for the acquisition, encumbrance and disposition of real property, devises, bequests and gifts after certain fundamental changes, and the division of corporations; and making editorial changes.
