An Act amending the "Housing Authorities Law," approved May 28, 1937 (P. L. 955, No. 265), defining terms; authorizing the lending of money for low-income housing; providing funds for low-income housing; authorizing the issuance of bonds; providing for the securing of such bonds; providing a tax exemption for bonds; authorizing the signing of bonds by facsimile signatures; authorizing political subdivisions and other agencies of the Commonwealth to transfer funds to any authority without consideration; and saving an act from repeal.
