Scope and Contents
The 2011-2012 Judiciary Committee was chaired by Ronald S. Marisco (Majority) and Thomas R. Caltagirone (D). Glen R. Grell (Majority) and Josh Shapiro (D) chaired the Subcommittee on Courts. Tim Krieger (Majority) and Matthew D. Bradford (D) chaired the Subcommittee on Crime and Corrections. The Subcommittee Chair on Family Law were Bryan Cutler (Majority) and Jesse White (D). The Secretary was Todd Stephens (Majority) and Deberah Kula (D).
Some of the topics brought up in the 2011-2012 Judiciary Commission were Child Abuse and its Penalties, Drug and Human Trafficking, Veterans' Court, the Appellate Court Nominating Commission, and Fraud.
