The Finance Committee of 1981-1982 was chaired by Republican, Benjamin H. Wilson (majority). His Vice-chairman was Republican, Nicholas B Moehlmann. The Secretary was Republican, Roy W. Cornell.
The overall goal of this committee was to establish a strong local tax base system as well as dealing the local tax reform in the House. Some of the major topics were Property Tax Incentives, School Districts Tax(es) and Income Taxes.
