House Bill 2612, 1998

An Act providing for the establishment, operation and administration of the Commonwealth Watershed Improvement Fund; authorizing the incurring of indebtedness, with the approval of the electorate, to provide funding for improving this Commonwealth's land and water resources on a watershed basis including storm water management and elimination of acid mine drainage; creating the Watershed Improvement Sinking Fund; imposing additional powers and duties on the Department of Environmental Protection; and making an appropriation.
