An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining "migratory game bird"; establishing a migratory game bird hunting license; providing for use of proceeds from the migratory game bird hunting license; further providing for the date of the annual audit and report to be submitted by the Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee; adding provisions relating to goose hunting areas; and further providing for permits.
