An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for firearms license exceptions, issuance fees and reciprocity and related inquiries; providing for the Firearms License Validation System and for powers and duties of the Attorney General, the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency; and establishing the Firearms License to Carry Modernization Fund.
