Scope and Contents
HB1714: An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining "loaded firearm"; further defining "safety zone" to include playground areas; further providing for residency of members of the armed forces of the United States and of the United States Coast Guard and for the issuance of licenses to such persons; and further providing for the cost and duration of a disabled person's permit.
HB1818:An Act exempting owners of shooting ranges from any civil or criminal actions relating to noise pollution.
HB2044: An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the imposition of limitations on the Pennsylvania Game Commission's powers relating to the use of lead shot for waterfowl.
HB2143: An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the purchases of land and certain supplies and for the repair or alteration of certain property.
HB2152: An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," providing for notice and a hearing prior to holding a game hunt in a State park.
HB2450:An Act amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the powers and duties of the commission; changing the penalties for certain violations; providing for additional violations; providing new fees for lakes; and further providing for the registration of powered watercraft.
