House Bills 487, 648, 649, 652, 665, 666, 667

HB487: An Act amending the act of December 15, 1955 (P. L. 865, No. 256), entitled "An act requiring rents and royalties from oil and gas leases of Commonwealth land to be placed in a special fund to be used for conservation, recreation, dams, and flood control; authorizing the Secretary of Forests and Waters to determine the need for and location of such projects and to acquire the necessary land," further providing for the appropriation and distribution of certain royalty and rental payments; and making editorial changes.

HB648: An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further prohibiting the killing of certain bears.

HB649: An Act authorizing the Division of State Forest Management in the Department of Environmental Resources to enter into certain contracts or to hire people for the cutting of tree boughs; and making an appropriation.

HB652: An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," imposing certain restrictions on the Environmental Quality Board; and reducing certain fees.

HB665: An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), known as the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," providing for the monthly transfer of certain sales and use tax revenues to the Fish Fund and to the Game Fund.

HB666: An Act amending the act of May 17, 1929 (P. L. 1798, No. 591), referred to as the "Forest Reserves Municipal Financial Relief Law," increasing the amount paid by the Commonwealth.

HB667:An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for wiretaps for certain Game Code violations.
