An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding provisions relating to insurance fraud for the purpose of making insurance claims and applications; further providing for financial security and for the fee for reinstatement of the operating privilege or registration; imposing penalties; and making a repeal.
