An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," authorizing stock insurers to establish more than one class or series of shares and to permit different voting rights according to the class of shares; requiring coverage benefits for the treatment of mental disorders; and adding a sunset provision.
