SB936: An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), entitled "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," authorizing stock insurers to establish more than one class or series of shares and to permit different voting rights according to the class of shares; requiring coverage benefits for the treatment of mental disorders; providing for coverage of cancer treatment; requiring specific patient authorization of medical care in order for medical insurance to reimburse for medical care provided; and adding a sunset provision.
