Scope and Contents
SB1402:An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), entitled "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," requiring certain insurance companies to record and report their losses, expenses and other data with respect to liability insurance; and further providing for penalties.
SB1635:An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding provisions relating to insurance fraud for the purpose of making insurance claims and applications; further providing for financial security, for the fee for reinstatement of the operating privilege or registration and for penalties for leaving the scene of an accident involving a death or serious bodily injury; and imposing penalties.
HB2384:An Act providing for self-insurance for State boards and commissions; declaring certain members immune from civil liability; and establishing the Board and Commission Self-Insurance Fund.
