L. 1232, No. 540), known as the "Model Act for the Regulation of Credit Life Insurance and Credit Accident and Health Insurance," further providing for the definition of "credit life insurance"; adding a definition; and providing for the offering of credit life insurance and credit accident and health insurance.
HB891: An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, prohibiting the use of traffic violation records in the setting of motor vehicle insurance premium rates; and restricting charges of license restoration fees.
