Senate Bill 640 of 1990: An Act authorizing the Department of Environmental Resources to acquire and develop available railroad rights-of-way for public recreational trail use; requiring the Department of Transportation to coordinate certain acquisitions of rights-of-way with the Department of Environmental Resources and the Public Utility Commission; and providing a limitation on the liability of persons who provide property for public recreational trail use.
