Senate Bill 1116 of 1985: An Act amending the act of May 22, 1951 (P. L. 317, No. 69), entitled, as amended, "The Professional Nursing Law," reestablishing the State Board of Nurse Examiners as the State Board of Nursing; providing for its composition, powers and duties; changing provisions relating to the issuance of licenses and the suspension and revocation of licenses; providing for fees; providing for penalties; and making repeals.
