House Bill 1131 of 1989: An Act authorizing the State Tax Equalization Board to provide financial assistance to counties for assessment reform; creating a revolving loan fund from a restricted account within the General Fund; providing for grants and loans for assessment improvement, including countywide reassessment; further providing for the powers and duties of the State Tax Equalization Board; and making an appropriation.

House Bill 2663 of 1992: An Act empowering the General Counsel or his designee to issue subpoenas for certain licensing board activities; providing for hearing examiners in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs; providing additional powers to the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs; further providing for civil penalties and license suspension; and making a repeal.
