House Bill 213 of 1993: An Act amending the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, further providing for prescriptions; and providing automatic suspension of practitioners' licenses for conviction of drug offenses. Act 53 of 1993

House Bill 1845 of 1995: An Act amending the act of July 2, 1993 (P.L.345, No.48), entitled "An act empowering the General Counsel or his designee to issue subpoenas for certain licensing board activities; providing for hearing examiners in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs; providing additional powers to the Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs; and further providing for civil penalties and license suspension," providing for creation and appointment, for disciplinary proceedings and hearings and for prior rules and regulations.
