Senate Bill 282 of 1996: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining "police officer"; defining "law enforcement officer" and "loaded" for purposes of the Uniform Firearms Act of 1995; further providing for certain prohibited criminal conduct, for administration, for fees and for notification; prohibiting the provision of butane to minors; further providing for buying or exchanging Federal food order coupons, stamps, authorization cards or access devices and for fraudulent traffic in food orders; prohibiting the operation of certain establishments; providing for local option; and making repeals.
