Senate Bill 1251 of 1995: An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," transferring the Scotland School for Veterans' Children from the Department of Education to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs; providing for a Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission volunteer program; further providing for the Aviation Restricted Account; specifically authorizing collective bargaining between school administrators in school districts of the first class and their public employers; providing for arbitration in order to settle disputes; requiring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and findings of arbitrators; providing for pay to certain inspectors, for contribution to Korea-Vietnam Memorial National Education Center and for an exclusion from sales and use tax; making repeals; and making editorial changes.
