House Bill 330 of 1983:An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), converting State heating systems to the use of coal, oil or gas which has been produced in Pennsylvania.

House Bill 1629 of 1983: A Supplement to the act of (P. L. , No. ), entitled "An act providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1983-1984," itemizing public improvement, furniture and equipment, transportation assistance and redevelopment assistance projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Community Affairs or the Pennsylvania Fish Commission, together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation or the Department of Community Affairs; stating the estimated useful life of the projects; and making an appropriation.

House Bill 66 of 1985: An Act providing for grants to persons for property damaged or destroyed by tornado or flood; establishing the basis for the grants; and making an appropriation.

Senate Bill 1457 of 1986: An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," converting State heating systems to the use of coal which has been produced in Pennsylvania.

House Bill 154 of 1987: An Act requiring State heating systems to be fueled by coal.

Senate Bill 985 of 1983: A Supplement to the act of (P. L. , No. ), entitled "An act providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1983-1984," itemizing public improvement projects, furniture and equipment projects, redevelopment assistance projects and transportation assistance projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Community Affairs or the Pennsylvania Fish Commission, together with their estimated financial cost; authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation or the Department of Community Affairs; stating the estimated useful life of the projects; authorizing issuing officials to undertake limited temporary borrowing through negotiated settlements; and making an appropriation.

House Bill 2385 of 1986: An Act requiring State heating systems to be fueled by coal.
