Senate Bill 729 of 1993: An Act amending Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding provisions relating to bees, commercial feed, organic foods, maple products and food handlers; transferring regulatory responsibilities relating to public eating and drinking places and egg refrigeration to the Department of Agriculture; and making repeals.
