House Bill 2505 of 1994: An Act providing for the establishment and implementation of farm safety and occupational health programs; creating and providing for the powers and duties of the Farm Safety and Occupational Health Advisory Board; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and the State Workmen's Insurance Fund; providing for statistical assessment of farm accidents and occupational injuries and diseases, for the collection and compilation of data, for farm safety demonstrations, for farm safety committees and for funding; making appropriations; and making a repeal.
