House Bill 1515 of 1993: An Act providing for the assessment of real property subject to an agricultural conservation easement.

House Bill 2521 of 1994: An Act amending the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law, further providing for definitions; providing standards, criteria and requirements for the purchasing of agricultural conservation easements; providing for review of county programs; imposing duties on the State Agricultural Land Preservation Board and county boards; and further providing for subdivision of land and change of ownership.

House Bill 1707 of 1994: An Act amending the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law, defining "eligible counties"; and further providing for the purchase of agricultural conservation easements.

House Bill 2388 of 1993: An Act amending the act of June 10, 1982 (P.L.454, No.133), entitled "An act protecting agricultural operations from nuisance suits and ordinances under certain circumstances," providing for notice to potential purchasers of adjoining landowner's right to engage in agricultural activities.
