Senate Bill 742 of 1981: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, regulating abortions and further providing that certain competition between individuals and the promotion of such competition be unlawful and providing penalties.

Senate Bill 750 of 1983: An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the temporary assignment of Philadelphia Municipal Court Judges, for payment by the Commonwealth of the costs and expenses incurred in trials resulting from multicounty investigating grand jury indictments and for interpreters for certain deaf persons in civil proceedings; further providing for budgets; further providing for reimbursement for certain costs; precluding a defense in actions for support; precluding actions for wrongful birth and wrongful life; and precluding a defense against claims for injuries sustained in utero.

House Bill 669 of 1983: An Act amending "The Administrative Code of 1929," approved April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), imposing limitations on appropriations for family planning services.

House Bill 1130 of 1987:An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, limiting the defense of justification in certain cases; providing for district attorneys standing and interest in prisoner litigation; adding provisions relating to the establishment and operation of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing; regulating matters relating to the performance and funding of abortions, the protection of women who undergo abortion and their spouses, and the protection of children subject to abortion; increasing the penalties for false reports to law enforcement authorities; making an editorial change; and making repeals.

Senate Bill 369 of 1989: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, regulating matters relating to the performance of abortions, the protection of women who undergo abortion, and the protection of children subject to abortion; providing for notice to spouses prior to an abortion; prohibiting abortions based solely on the sex of the child; prohibiting certain abortions after 24 weeks gestation; and changing the penalty for incest.
