House Bill 931:An Act amending the act of May 22, 1951 (P.L.317, No.69), known as The Professional Nursing Law, further providing for definitions and for registered nurse, clinical nurse specialist, use of title and abbreviation and providing for certified registered nurse anesthetist and qualifications and for scope of practice for certified registered nurse anesthetists.

House Bill 1040:An Act designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 4133, carrying Pennsylvania Route 913 over Raystown Branch Juniata River in Liberty Township, Bedford County, as the Sergeant Charles Warsing Memorial Bridge.

House Bill 1048: An Act designating a bridge, identified as Bridge Key 68033, carrying State Route 2047 over CSX and SEPTA Railroads, in Middletown Township, Bucks County, as the PFC John Elton Candy Memorial Bridge.

House Bill 1182:An Act amending the act of June 19, 1931 (P.L.589, No.202), referred to as the Barbers' License Law, further providing for supervision of shops and schools and licenses and renewal.

House Bill 1183: An Act amending the act of May 3, 1933 (P.L.242, No.86), referred to as the Cosmetology Law, further providing for requirements of a school of cosmetology.

House Bill 1387: An Act amending the act of June 2, 1915 (P.L.736, No.338), known as the Workers' Compensation Act, in Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund, further providing for claim petition.

House Bill 1428: An Act amending the act of July 19, 1979 (P.L.130, No.48), known as the Health Care Facilities Act, adding provisions relating to resident care monitoring.

House Bill 1429: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in theft and related offenses, providing for the offense of financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person.

House Bill 1431: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in assault, further providing for the offense of abuse of care-dependent person.

Senate Bill 120: An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in size, weight and load, further providing for conditions of permits and security for damages.

Senate Bill 445: An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in registration of vehicles, providing for contributions for breast cancer research.
