The records of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Liquor Control Committee, the Republicans were in the majority, the Democrats were in the minority. The Chairs of the committee were Jeffrey Pyle (majority), and Daniel Deasy (minority). Following the resignation of Representative Pyle, Representative Carl Walker Metzgar served as Majorty Chair.

The commmittee toured Stoney Run Winery and held public hearings on ready to drink cocktails, PA Liquor Control Board supply chain disruption, and liquor privatization.
