Court Reporters and Licensing (House Bill 1671 of 1995)

December 29, 1995, from Rep. Thomas Scrimenti, to LeRoy D. Kline, Jr., President Delta Development Group, Inc. Rep. Scrimenti agrees that government intervention in the court reporters' procession is unnecessary. Attached is LeRoy D. Kline's letter, December 13, 1995, and he mentions "Rule 5000" already governs court reporting.

Credit Card Regulation

March 18, 1997, from Rep. Thomas Scrimenti, to a constituent. Responding to a concern about credit card companies practice of sending credit card applications to college students and the mentally ill. He will look into any legislation that may be useful. Attached is the constituent’s letter, March 4, 1997.

Cremation Licensing Law (House Bill 2407 of 2002)
