House Bill 1429: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in theft and related offenses, providing for the offense of financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person. (Act No. 48 of 2021, June 30, 2021)

House Bill 1430: An Act amending the act of November 6, 1987 (P.L.381, No.79), known as the Older Adults Protective Services Act, providing for private right of action relating to financial exploitation and for financial crimes surcharge.
