CASORIO, James E., Jr., a Representative from Westmoreland County; born in Jeannette, Westmoreland County, Pa., August 23, 1964; graduated, Norwin High School, 1982; B.S., political science, St. Vincent College, 1994; M.A., labor studies, St. Francis College, 1995; labor consultant; elected, council, Irwin Borough (1985); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1996; reelected to 6 more consecutive terms; appointed, Pennsylvania Public Television Network Commission (1999-2008); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2010).
