JACKSON, Frank Wilson, a Representative from Armstrong County; born near Apollo, Armstrong County, Pa., May 7, 1870; attended, Grove City College; attended, Washington and Jefferson College; first lieutenant, Company G, Sixteenth Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1898, Spanish-American War); secretary, P.H. Laufman Company; director, Apollo Trust Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903 and 1905 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1906); deputy secretary of banking, Pennsylvania Department of Banking; died, April 2, 1935 in Apollo, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania; interred, Riverview Cemetery, Apollo, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
