The Select Committee to Investigate the Problem of Teenage Pregnancies and Parenting in Pennsylvania was created from House Resolution 295 during the 1985-1986 session. The recommendations are included at the conclusion of the final report.

The Chairman was Robert W. O'Donnell. Other Members included Ruth C. Rudy, Jeffrey W. Coy, Joseph Preston, James C. Greenwood, Edwin G. Johnson, and Mary Ann Arty.
