The Chairman was Frank Pistella. Other Members include- Ronald Cowell, Robert Freeman, Ruth Harper, Joseph Preston, Donald Dorr, Howard Fargo, Robert Flick (resigned part way through), Harold Mowery, and Elinor Taylor (appointed June 16, 1986).
