The Special Committee to Study Act 195 of 1970 (Senate Resoltion 208) was a bicameral committee created during the 1973-1974 session to study the Public Employee Relations Act.

The Members of the Committee were: Thomas F. Lamb, Chairman; Herbert Arlene; Richard C. Frame; Stanley G. Stroup; John S. Renninger; Harry A. Englehart Jr., Roland Greenfield; and Herbert K. Zearfoss.
