Biography

The Select Committee Investigating Licensed and Unlicensed Homes for the Elderly, Indigent, and Sickly was created by Senate Resolution 57. This committee's primary concern was to study the health and safety of eledery, indifent and sickly Pennsylvanians.

Committee Members included: Francis J. Lynch, Chairman; James E. Ross, Vice Chairman; Henry Messinger; Charles Dougherty; and Ralph W. Hess.
