On January 22, 1973, House Resolution 14, a Select Committee was created to conduct a full and complete investigation of the legality of the closing of Blossburg Hospital.
Members were Chairman Warren H. Spencer, James D. Barber, George W. Gekas, William K. Klingaman., Sr., Russell P. Letterman, James J. Ustynoski, and Robert C. Wise.
