Biography

The Select Committee to Review the Public-School Employees Retirement Code was created to prepare a recodification. Additionally it was created to evaulate the adminstration of the retirement system and it's impact upon Members. It was introduced as House Resolution 168 during the 1971-1972 session.

The Chairman was Representative Herbert K. Zearfoss, Vice Chairman was Senator W. Louis Coppersmith. Other Members included- Senator Henry C. Messinger, Representative William Shane, Representative George O. Wagner, and Senator T. Newell Wood.
