Biography

House Resolution 61 created the Report of Legislative Committee Appointed Pursuant to Resolution 61. This Committee was created to investigate the University of Pittsburgh and their attitudes towards the faculty and student body who are viewed as more liberal.

The Chair was Eugene A. Caputo. Other Members included Thomas W. Barber, Homer S. Brown, James E. Lovett, and Frank J. Zappala.
