Biography

House Resolution 249, adopted June 26, 1984, created a special bipartisan House committee to study the problems of the chronic homeless. The committee was responsible for addressing the problem of chronic homeless and propose solutions to the problem. Presented report November 28, 1984.

The Chair was Gaynor Cawleyn (D). Members included Ruth Harper, Allen Kukovich, Frank Pistella, Frank Coslett, William Telek, Frank Serafini and John Perzel.
